A definite protagonist of contemporary furnishing: with its hemispherical shape, Planet is a collection of coffee tables with a striking aesthetic impact. It is available in two sizes: Planet and Big Planet. In the Planet light and Big Planet light versions, the coffee table is equipped with internal lighting and the light permeates in a diffused way through the top, in extra-light glass acid-treated white: a choice that enhances its functionality, elegance and modernity. With the Planet family, the sophistication of the design is best expressed in the home environment. The skilful combination of diverse materials, the painted aluminium of the frame, and the glass or ceramic for the top, make these tables a noble complement, with a rich look that is at the same time never excessive.

Gino Carollo
The collaboration between Gino Carollo and Bonaldo started at the beginning of 2000. It was founded on a shared outlook towards internationalization and industrial design, toward product design linked to engineering, to the meticulousness of the process that starts from the prototyping stage up to the realization of finished models. Some of the most popular products made for Bonaldo include the Fun bookshelf, the April, May and June shelving units and the AX table.
